Irelandairporttransfer.com is a service that specializes in
organizing transport to and from most Irish airports
and is owned and run by
Tuppence Ltd
Garrydoolis,
Pallasgreen,
Co. Limerick,
The following terms and conditions
apply:
- At time of booking a 10% deposit and a service charge
of EUR 5,- is charged. The
balance to be paid directly to your driver on collection,
prior to commencement of the journey. Where corporate or trade bookings are made the balance
will be charged either by the designated transport company
to your transfer or ourselves. The person responsible for
your transfer will be made known to you on your booking
confirmation. You will receive
confirmation of your booking with all details of your
booking. The amount charged will be
visible on your credit card statement as charged by
www.ireland-network.com, Tel: +49 621 63490764.
- We can only accept
payment per credit card. We accept Eurocard, MasterCard
and Visa.
- You will receive confirmation of your
booking within 24 business hours of your booking. If for any reason
your transfer cannot be executed you will be informed of
this. We do ask for 48 hours notice in order to be able to
organize your transfer. Standard transfers can be
organized on a 24 hour basis, but some more intricate
transfers do require more notice.
- We ask you to print out a copy of your
booking confirmation for your files and also to have a
copy with you when travelling.
- Cancellations can be made per email up to 2 business days prior to travel. The deposit is not refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to date of
travel will be charged to 50%.
- A booked transfer applies as per Booking form. Flight
delays and changes in route requested by passenger will be
charged by the driver according to distance.
- Only passengers stated on booking form will be driven,
any extra persons will be transported only if possible, and
will incur a surcharge.
- Only luggage stated on booking form will be
accommodated, excess baggage will be carried only if space
allows.
- Waiting time beyond the normal customs and baggage collection times after landing will be charged at EUR 25,-/hour. This is just to ensure that you make your way directly to meet your driver so that he is not waiting and woderung where you are.
- Current legislation states that Irish Taxis are
non-smoking. Food and alcoholic beverages may not be
consumed in the taxi.
- Seat Belts are mandatory at all times.
- We assure all our customers that all
data submitted is used to process your booking only and
will not be disclosed to a third party at any time.
- Animals will be transported on request (stated in
booking form). All animals must be transported in a
secure container.
- Ireland-Airport-Transfer.com is an agency that works
with leading independant transport companies in Ireland.
The full responsibility for your transfer lies with these
operators and any grievances will be addressed to them.
- Ireland-Airport-Transfer.com replies to cutomer
enquieries in a timely manner, at latest however within 2
working days.
